• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT hardware products and services.
• Handle inbound queries from prospective clients and provide accurate product information.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Address client inquiries, provide detailed information on IT hardware solutions, and guide clients in selecting the appropriate products.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle client concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
• Assist the operations team in processing client orders and related documentation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of client requests.
• Prepare daily call reports, detailing the number of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
• Track potential leads and provide regular updates to the sales and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding processes.
• Support administrative tasks and operational activities as required.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks on time and enhancing overall productivity.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 1-2 years of telecalling experience.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities are required.
• Attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and a strong customer focus are essential.
