We are looking for an engaged Tele callers to boost growth by reaching out to current and possible clients. The Tele caller will be required to obtain the individual customer information and help / support proceed the client ahead in our digital journey. Candidate should be confident & sound convincing while having conversation over phone to convert every single lead into successful sales on the same day. Roles and responsibilities High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing Daily/Monthly target independently Should have good communication skills and basic hands-on on computer knowledge. Must be able to convince customers to convert leads to successful sales Must be able to cope up with the companys rapidly improving environment Should be prepared and Insightful Ensuring No Unethical practices in the processes Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes. Imparting knowledge to customer about products and processes. Understanding customer interests, gathering required information and update these in dashboard. Follow up and Convince customers to avail the loan and support in completing the journey. Listening to the customers needs to help serve the customer better. Desired Candidate Profile At least 6 Month experience in fintech/Sales in BPO industry. Freshers can also be considered basis their skill set. Previous work experience in similar industry / profile would be a plus. Should be proficient & spontaneous in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada/ Tamil would be preferred. Should be passionate for growth. Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Ability to handle customer rejections and working on ways to work around to get back customers. Should have previously worked on MS Word and Excel. Should be open to work six days in a week Should not be more than 30 years of age Should be vaccinated ( Covid ) Should be open to work from office Excellent negotiation skills and Good sales ability. Job Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: Batch 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (6 Days working). 8 Hrs Min login time / working hours excluding lunch / tea break. Educational Qualification - Graduates / Undergraduates or Diploma Holders /HSC passed (Arrears/Backlogs can be considered).
