Tele Caller(hospital)
Job Description
We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking dynamic and individual to join our team as a Tell caller.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or existing clients to inform them about services.
• Identify and qualify potential leads from cold calling, inquiries, or database lists.
• Interact with the Customer over a Call.
• Give Prompt response to the customer to solve the queries.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments using the institute's CRM system.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication in English & Tamil.
• Additional known language Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam & Hindi.

Education: UG
Experience: 1year+
Salary: 12K to 18K
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
