Job Summary:

As a Tele-caller Associate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and supporting sales campaigns. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and tele calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Assist with customer queries related to ongoing sales campaigns.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Handle basic customer support and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Meet daily call and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or equivalent.
• Basic typing skills (speed and accuracy).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Existing dialer experience would be a added advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam will be an added advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
