Job Summary:
The Tele Caller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to manage patient communications, schedule appointments, and provide information about dental services. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of dental office procedures and services to effectively assist and engage patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Communication:
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce dental services, promotions, and offers.
• Handle inbound calls from existing and potential patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information on dental procedures and office policies.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while managing the dentist's calendar.
• Send appointment reminders via phone calls, texts, or emails to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
• Data Management:
• Enter patient information, update records, and maintain accurate data in the dental office's patient management system.
• Track and report on call metrics, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and patient feedback.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns, resolving issues, and delivering information in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up needs.
