We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team during the US shift. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact, you will engage with prospective clients, build positive relationships, and represent our brand professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US to introduce our products and services, with a focus on generating interest and building rapport.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries, offering accurate and thorough information on our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain meticulous records of interactions, including call details, follow-ups, and outcomes, in our CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed call and engagement targets, contributing to team objectives.
• Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and building brand loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 0-1 year of experience in a telecalling, customer service, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST).
• Available for onsite work in Vadodara.
• A proactive attitude with resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions confidently and courteously.
