Job Description

You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate services and properties. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining a robust client base and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Contact potential clients through cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Client Interaction: Provide accurate and detailed information about property listings, pricing, and services.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact information and interaction records.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing a high level of customer service and support.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing relevant information and insights gathered from client interactions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead conversion, and other performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
