Job Responsibilities: Receive and handle incoming calls from students, clients, etc. Coordinate with students and explain to them about the training offered. Effectively communicate course details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions. Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details. Conduct follow-up calls. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Requirements: High school diploma or any graduate. Prefers female candidates. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or tele calling Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Customer-focused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
