: We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team and assist in promoting our diverse range of IT courses. As a Tele Caller, you will engage with prospective students, provide information about our specialized programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential students via outbound calls to introduce our range of IT courses.
• Educating students about our certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Prepare for essential IT roles with MCSA certifications in Windows Server, SQL Server, and more.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Gain foundational knowledge in networking and advance your career in IT networking and infrastructure.
• Graphic Designing: Learn industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to unleash your creativity in digital media.
• Web Development: Master web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to build responsive and dynamic websites.
• Digital Marketing: Acquire skills in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics to thrive in the digital marketing landscape.
• Understanding students' career goals and recommending suitable courses.
• Handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and closing enrollments efficiently.
• Achieving monthly enrollment targets and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for IT education.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional education in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
