Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Presales Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential clients via phone, qualify leads, and present our products and services. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, effectively communicating value propositions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus. Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a telecaller.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi) is preferred.
