Job Title: Sales Professional cum Counsellor(Female Only)
Location: Sector 9, Panchkula (Position for Work from Office Only)

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires a professional who can handle follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in telephonic sales and lead generation.
• Strong expertise in closing sales, generate and convert leads.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality outbound calls to warm leads and potential clients.
• Persuasively present products/services to achieve sales targets.
• Handle inquiries and promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Assess client needs, interests, and goals to recommend appropriate courses or programs.
• Provide expert guidance to professionals on available courses and career advancement opportunities.
• Ensure confidentiality in maintaining client records, assessments, and session notes.
