We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
• Provide information about services and address customer inquiries
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
