• Non-Target Work
• Making calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers, and managing incoming calls
• Presenting products and services : Explaining the features and benefits of a company's products or services
• Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing customers, and building rapport with potential customers
• Addressing concerns : Resolving customer concerns or issues
• Collecting data : Gathering data on the impact of a company's products or services, and relaying it to relevant departments
• Maintaining records : Keeping daily call records and submitting daily progress reports
• Meeting targets : Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Staying updated : Staying updated with market trends
• Customizing scripts : Memorizing scripts and customizing them for clients based on the situation
• Adhering to guidelines : Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
