Tele Caller
Job Description
The Telecaller will be responsible for :
• Interacting via various channels and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches and counseling in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Must have proficiency in English (Spoken)
• Experience of 2+ years in the field
• Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
• Ability to listen and solve problems
• Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
