Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation : Cold-calling potential clients to introduce them to available properties or upcoming projects.
• Client Communication : Answering queries, providing property details, pricing, and location information, and setting up property visits.
• Follow-Up : Keeping in touch with prospective buyers or renters through follow-up calls, emails, or messages.
• Data Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, property interests, and feedback in a CRM system.
• Appointment Scheduling : Coordinating property viewings with clients and property agents.
• Market Knowledge : Understanding current property trends, market rates, and competitor offerings to better guide clients.
• Problem Solving : Addressing concerns clients might have about the property, financing, or any related issue.
Skills Required:
• Excellent Communication : Clear and persuasive speaking, with the ability to handle objections.
• Sales Acumen : Understanding the art of selling, building rapport, and closing deals.
• Customer Service : Patience and empathy to handle various types of clients.
• Persistence : Consistently following up without being pushy.
• Organization : Managing multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
