We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing contact details from various portals, reaching out to leads, and scheduling appointments, demos, and meetings. This role involves both telecalling and email communication with potential clients, including those based in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing : Search and extract contact information (phone numbers, official email IDs) from multiple online portals and platforms.
Telecalling : Initiate calls to potential clients (both domestic and international) to introduce our products/services, schedule appointments, arrange demos, and follow up on leads.
Email Communication: Extract official email addresses from portals and connect with prospects through emails, ensuring a professional and timely follow-up process.
Social Media Outreach : Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to establish connections, send introductory messages, and arrange meetings or demos.
Appointment Scheduling : Effectively coordinate and schedule appointments, demos, and meetings with prospective clients based on availability.
Lead Management : Maintain an organized record of all leads, appointments, and communications through CRM or other tracking tools.
International Communication: Conduct calls and email communications with international prospects, demonstrating excellent communication and cultural awareness.
Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on call results, email engagement, and lead conversion status.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, or related fields is highly desirable.-2-3 yrs experience
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to initiate and maintain conversations with international and domestic clients.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, emails, and other social media platforms to reach out to potential leads.
Good knowledge of online portals and tools to extract contact information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
