Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and explain services offered by the company.
- Follow guidelines while interacting with clients.
- Achieve daily target calls.
- Ensure that only high-quality walk-in visits are targeted.
- Maintain CRM accurately and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Complete all assigned tasks and targets.
- Update and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on time.
- Assist the department head and reporting manager.
- Any graduate or undergraduate.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Active listening abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Leave encashment

- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
