Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
• Lead Generation :
• Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to generate leads and promote services/products.
• Engage in cold calling to introduce the company's offerings to new customers.
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Sales and Promotions :
• Present and promote company products or services to customers over the phone.
• Persuade potential customers to make a purchase, book a demo, or sign up for services.
• Upsell and cross-sell services/products based on customer needs.
• Follow-Up Calls :
• Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest in the past to ensure they are satisfied with services/products.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Customer Support :
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving complaints or issues.
• Provide guidance on service features and help customers navigate through processes.
Data Entry and Reporting
• Customer Information Management :
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Update and track lead status and follow-up schedules regularly.
• Performance Tracking :
• Meet call and sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls made, sales, and customer interactions.
Team Collaboration and Training
• Team Coordination :
• Coordinate with team leaders or managers to align on targets, promotions, and any special campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, share feedback, and improve performance.
• Training and Development :
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and changes to company offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 2 years (Preferred)
