Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer responses and market trends.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
