• Handle incoming client inquiries and messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries efficiently.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and order updates to clients, ensuring they receive accurate and prompt responses.
• Ensure all client inquiries and requests are logged and tracked for follow-up until a resolution is provided.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their orders, feedback, and any service issues.
• Foster positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying process.
• Address customer concerns or complaints with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist potential clients in the decision-making process by offering product recommendations and guiding them through the purchase process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that clients are provided with consistent and accurate information.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms, maintaining brand professionalism and friendliness.
• Identify potential leads through social media and pass relevant inquiries to the sales team for conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and inquiries, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
