We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our electric vehicles, and generating leads. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, provide accurate information about our EV models, address their queries, and persuade them to consider Spars Electric as their preferred choice for electric vehicles. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Spars Electric\'s range of electric vehicles.
Clearly and effectively communicate the key features, benefits, and advantages of our EV models.
Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, financing options, warranties, and any available incentives or promotions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a customer-centric approach by actively listening to customers\' needs and suggesting appropriate EV models based on their requirements.
Capture and record customer information, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest or requested additional information.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, electric vehicle technologies, and Spars Electric\'s product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to all telecalling scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards set by Spars Electric.
Requirements: High school, Intermediate, Graduate, diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
Ability to effectively handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize with potential customers and understand their needs.
Familiarity with electric vehicles and the ability to explain their benefits to potential customers is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong self-motivation, and manage time effectively.
Resilience and perseverance in a target-driven sales environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
