We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team and connect with potential investors!

In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and educating potential clients about our investment plans. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining investment options in a clear and concise manner, and generating interest in our financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads
• Effectively explain the features and benefits of various investment plans
• Answer questions and address concerns about investment products in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Qualify leads by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance
• Schedule appointments for financial advisors to discuss investment plans further
• Maintain accurate records of call activity and lead information

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to actively listen and understand client needs
• Clear and concise explanation skills
• A positive and persuasive attitude
• Basic knowledge of financial products and investment terminology (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets
• Proficiency in using a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
