Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote banking products (loans, credit cards, etc.). Handle customer inquiries and follow up for conversions. Maintain customer records and meet sales targets. Address objections and provide suitable banking solutions.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in banking telecalling or sales.*
Strong communication & persuasion skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
