• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the Digital studio's services.
• Answer inbound calls, address client inquiries, and provide detailed information.
• Schedule appointments for studio visits and follow up on bookings.
• Maintain an accurate record of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.
Requirements
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle client concerns patiently.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
