Job Title: Tele caller Intern (Paid) Freshers Candidate

Work mode : On - Site

Working days : Mon to Friday ( Sat & Sun fixed off)

Internship period : Three months to Six months (3000 to 5000)

Position Overview: We are hiring Freshers candidate for Tele caller Intern to join our [Sales/Marketing/Customer Support] team. This internship offers valuable experience in client communication, sales strategies, and professional development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database.
• Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
• Document and update customer records in the company database.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in [Business Administration/Marketing/Communications]
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and proficient in basic computer applications.
