Job Title: Tele caller Intern (Female)

Location: Kalkaji, Delhi

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 10 to 15k per month

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our range of digital marketing services.
• Address inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings in a professional manner.
• Schedule meetings or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Accurately document call details and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidates only , with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in [mention required languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive phone etiquette.
• Resilient with the ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Passionate about learning and growing in a digital marketing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Kalkaji, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
