Job Role: Telecaller / Sales Executive at a Flight Ticketing Agent
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
o Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote flight ticketing services.
o Explain available flight options, fares, and promotions to potential clients.
o Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
2. Customer Service:
o Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with booking changes or cancellations.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during interactions.
3. Sales and Booking:
o Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings and upselling additional services such as travel insurance or seat upgrades.
o Process bookings accurately through the ticketing system and ensure all details are entered correctly.
4. Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
o Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to confirm bookings and resolve booking discrepancies.
5. Sales Reporting:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
o Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to management.
Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to interact with customers and explain flight options, pricing, and booking procedures.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade customers, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
