Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing guests to promote hotel services and packages.
• Handle inbound inquiries about reservations, facilities, and events.
• Reservations Management
• Assist guests with booking rooms, event spaces, and other services.
• Upsell hotel packages, add-ons, and promotions.
• Customer Relationship
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Sales and Marketing Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and special offers.
• Meet call targets and generate leads for the sales team.
• Feedback Collection
• Gather feedback from guests to improve service quality.
• Conduct post-stay follow-ups for reviews and ratings.
• Documentation
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and guest interactions.
• Ensure accurate data entry of bookings and inquiries in the system.
Key Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM and hotel management software.
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
