Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller fluent in Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers over the phone, addressing their queries, promoting products or services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
+ Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
+ Handle incoming inquiries, providing information and resolving concerns.
• Product/Service Promotion:
+ Explain features, benefits, and details of products or services to customers.
+ Persuade potential customers to purchase services or sign up for offers.
• Database Management:
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
+ Update contact details and follow up on leads regularly.
• Feedback & Reporting:
+ Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality.
+ Report call outcomes and customer concerns to the team leader or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge to manage CRM or call logs.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
Behavioral Traits:
