Brief :
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our programs, seminars, and webinars.
• Address student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities.
• Persuade students and parents to visit the institute for counseling sessions and program demonstrations.
• Effectively follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins or attendees for events.
• Promote upcoming seminars and webinars to prospective students and encourage registration.
• Share event details and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize attendance.
• Maintain and update the database of prospective students.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities, responses, and outcomes.
• Provide insights into frequently asked questions or concerns raised by students.
• Handle inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the team.
• Making at least 100 calls a day to the prospective candidates.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above.
