Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information on the company's offerings.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and assist in maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Record and manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions for complaints.
• Update CRM/database with all call-related information for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets set by the team lead or supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in local languages and/or English as required by the role.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or databases.
