Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to our Amazon listings, including product features, availability, and order statuses.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team to follow up on leads and assist with closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
• Assist with post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience: as a Tele Caller or in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in multiple regional Indian languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, and English .
• Proficiency in English with the ability to read, write, and listen effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
