Work Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Muttom, Aluva
Qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary)
Salary: ?8,000 to ?12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products or services.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls made and outcomes in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of +2 (Higher Secondary).
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic proficiency in English.
• Polite, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and call recording.
