We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive/Telecaller/ Call Center Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for generating sales, identifying customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Your performance will directly contribute to the company's growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, provide product information, and follow up on leads.
• Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify new leads from various sources, such as cold calling, customer referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Sales Conversion: Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to potential customers and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a demo.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Address any concerns and answer product-related inquiries.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase, ensuring they receive all necessary information to make an informed decision.
• Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
• Database Management: Accurately record customer information and sales interactions in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback and updates on sales performance and customer insights to the sales manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Active listening and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into customers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed targets.
