• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell SBI Life Insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely information.
• Follow up on leads provided and close sales effectively.
• Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Education : Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
• Experience : Experience in telecalling, sales, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in regional languages (if applicable) and English.
