Job Description
Job Title: Telecallers
• Age: Age Range: 22-35 years
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience 1 Year in telecalling, immigration consultancy, or banking sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
