We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Flabia Ayurveda. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our range of products (including agricultural, health, FMCG, and personal care items), and encouraging them to join our community for income opportunities and a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the benefits and features of Flabia Ayurveda products.
• Provide detailed information about joining our community and earning opportunities.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or additional information.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Stay updated on the company's products, promotions, and services.
• Assist the sales team in generating leads and building customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in [Local Language/English/Hindi].
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
• Target-driven with a focus on results.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
