We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automobile Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our automotive products and services, and assisting in the sales & Service process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Outreach:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our automotive products and services.

- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.

- Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's automotive offerings, including vehicles, parts, and services.

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

- Sales Support:

- Assist customers in the purchasing process by answering questions and addressing concerns.

- Schedule appointments for test drives, service consultations, or meetings with sales representatives.

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.

- Feedback and Reporting:

- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.

- Report on call outcomes, customer inquiries, and sales leads to management.

- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

#### Qualifications:

- Graduation or equivalent; a degree.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Only Female candidates are required.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali & manageable English.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.

- A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about the industry.

Location- Taratala, Ruby, Saltlake, Howrah, Dharmotola.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
