Key Responsibilities
• Client Outreach :
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain equity investment opportunities.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Sales and Promotion :
• Educate clients about various equity products and services offered by the company.
• Assist clients in understanding market trends and investment strategies.
• Promote portfolio management services and trading platforms.
• Market Updates and Information Sharing :
• Share daily market updates, stock recommendations, and investment tips with clients.
• Inform clients about upcoming IPOs, stock splits, and other relevant financial events.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Target Achievement :
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly equity sales targets.
• Identify high-potential leads and convert them into active clients.
• Feedback and Improvement :
• Gather client feedback to improve services and address concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to improve calling scripts and strategies.
• Compliance and Documentation :
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while offering investment services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client agreements and transactions.
