Duties will include:
a) Tele calling:
1)Maintain customer data base,
2) Identify & target potential customers and convert cold leads to hot leads and handover to sales team.
b) Sales Targets :
1) Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2) Using sales scripts drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
3) Manage accounts and build strong customer relationships.
4) Exceed daily and monthly sales targets using effective scripts.
c) Client Interaction :
1) Understand buyer and seller needs,
2) Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
d) In-depth knowledge of customer products and services :
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
e) Customer Database :
Maintain accurate customer Database & records
f) Feedback Management :
1) Gather and maintain client feedback.
• Any other ad hoc accounting duties, as required by the Operations Manager
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Education -
• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
Masters would be an advantage.
Experience -
• Proven experience of working as a telesales executive necessary.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to follow scripts.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Sales, Tele calling, Customer Service must.
• Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and market trends is a plus.
Skills required
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills required.
• Excellent organizational and strong problem-solving skills required.
• Effective communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills is a must.
• Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills also necessary.
