We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, expertise in cold calling, and a strong understanding of the software development domain, particularly website development and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and promote our software development and digital marketing services.
• Engage and build rapport with prospects, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in website development and digital marketing.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
• Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
• Availability to work US shift hours: 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preference for candidates with a US or UK accent.
• Proven experience in cold calling, particularly in the software development domain.
• Familiarity with website development and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.
