Job requirements:
A telecaller in the automobile industry, also known as a telecalling officer or customer support executive, generates sales leads and supports staff with follow-up calls. Their responsibilities include:
Communicating with customers: Making calls to potential customers, explaining project features, and resolving project inquiries
Supporting staff: Assisting staff with follow-up calls for sales and service activities
Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
Reporting: Creating daily reports and documenting conversations
Following safety measures: Understanding processes, emergency and evacuation procedures, and general safety measures
Planning and organizing: Managing time, prioritizing, and following the pickle jar theory .
Eligibility: Candidates should have 2 years experience in Automotive industry as a telecaller.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
