We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.)
- Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with customers to close sales
- Build relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products, features, and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided)
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Graduation in any discipline
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet sales targets
Salary:
- ?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience)
