We are hiring for Tele Caller Executive.
Qualification: Graduate
Language Known: Fluent in Tamil, Telegu & Hindi
Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Answering incoming calls from potential or existing customers.
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients for sales, customer surveys, or lead generation.
• Ensuring each call meets quality and customer service standards.
2. Sales and Lead Generation
• Persuading customers to buy products or services by highlighting benefits and handling objections.
• Gathering and documenting potential customer leads.
• Following up with leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up schedule to close deals.
3. Customer Support and Problem Resolution
• Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting basic issues or escalating complex cases to the relevant department.
• Providing accurate information and resolving concerns to retain customer loyalty.
4. Data Management and Documentation
• Updating customer records and documenting call details, outcomes, and any follow-up actions.
• Maintaining accurate logs of interactions, using CRM software or databases.
• Ensuring data privacy and security in line with organizational guidelines.
5. Product and Service Knowledge
• Keeping updated on products, services, pricing, and offers to answer customer queries accurately.
• Participating in regular training sessions to stay informed of any changes or new product launches.
6. Meeting Targets and KPIsAchieving call volume, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction targets set by management.
• Monitoring performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and lead conversion rate.
• 7. Building Customer Relationships
• Establishing a rapport with customers and creating a positive impression.
• Listening actively to understand the customer's needs and providing a personalized experience.
• Handling sensitive customer data with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
• 8. Feedback and Reporting
• Providing insights into customer needs and feedback to help improve products or services.
• Preparing daily or weekly reports on call volumes, feedback, and outcomes.
• Contributing to improving tele calling strategies based on customer responses and challenges faced.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
