A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is responsible for making contact with clients to generate sales and leads. Their responsibilities include:
• Making calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing clients
• Presenting products : Explaining the features and benefits of products or services
• Building relationships : Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Managing customer concerns : Answering customer questions and resolving issues
• Collecting data : Gathering information from customers to improve the user experience
• Documenting conversations : Recording conversations and documenting them in reports
• Updating databases : Keeping customer contact information up to date
• Following up : Following up with leads and customers who have shown interest
• Meeting sales targets : Achieving individual and team sales targets
