We are seeking a skilled Telemarketer who can connect with prospective students, parents, and clients, providing them with insightful, accurate information about our dance programs and offerings.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining our vibrant community. You'll be expected to engage in semi-formal, yet friendly conversations, answering questions, promoting our dance classes, and ensuring potential students receive the information they need to make informed decisions. We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also brings a sense of intellectual curiosity to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound/inbound calls to prospective students and families, providing details about our dance programs, classes, and events in a professional yet approachable manner.
• Engage prospects with enthusiasm while maintaining a semi-formal tone, answering any questions and addressing their needs.
• Share accurate, detailed information about class schedules, pricing, instructors, and special events, ensuring no essential details are overlooked.
• Qualify leads by understanding their dance interests and goals, offering tailored recommendations to match their needs.
• Schedule appointments for tours, auditions, or consultations with our faculty and staff.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of each interaction, ensuring all data is current and actionable.
• Stay up-to-date with all current offerings, events, and news from the institution to provide accurate and relevant information to prospects.
• Meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Address and overcome any objections with thoughtful, informed responses, ensuring prospects feel confident about their decision to join our dance community.
Qualifications:
• 12 pass or graduate in any field.
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience, preferably in the arts or education sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Passion for the arts, dance, and an understanding of the importance of these programs in fostering creativity and discipline.
• Highly organized with attention to detail when recording customer data and scheduling follow-ups.
• Ability to maintain a professional yet warm, engaging tone with potential clients.
• Comfortable using CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
