We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and, preferably, experience working in the aesthetic or healthcare industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable manner to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on clinic services.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
• Manage appointment schedules, coordinate with clinic staff, and confirm bookings to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Accurately maintain patient records and update information in the clinic's management system.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to gather feedback and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients on clinic procedures, treatments, and aftercare to help them make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in a call center or similar role, preferably within an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with appointment management software and basic record-keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
