Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone/email to collect payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients
- Update customer records and accounts accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, such as:
- Data entry and data management
- Sending reminders and notifications to clients
- Assisting in other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
