Job Title: Tele caller (Insurance Department)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our insurance products and services
Schedule appointments for our insurance agents
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Provide information and explanations about our insurance policies and services
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and competitors' offerings
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in telesales, insurance, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
Working Hours:
Working hours: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm (Monday to Friday) /
11:00 am -05:00 pm (Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
