Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team who can be fluent in English communication and help us connect with potential clients in the IT services industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our IT services.
• Identify potential IT needs and pain points of decision-makers.
• Explain the benefits of our services in a clear and concise manner.
• Answer questions about our company and services.
• Qualify leads according to established criteria.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of call activity and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date on our IT service offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years on experience in cold calling for US and UK market for IT services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English speaking accent
• Strong active listening skills.
• Ability to learn about IT services and articulate their value proposition.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system (a plus).
